Alaina Jaster is the co-founder of Psychedelic Brain Science and host of YBOS. She received her PhD in Pharmacology & Toxicology from VCU, where she studied various psychedelics and their effects on rodent models of substance use disorders. She is now a postdoctoral scholar at Wayne State University. She is passionate about bridging the gap between clinical and preclinical research, and hopes to do that with scientific communication. Zarmeen Zahid is the co-founder of Psychedelic Brain Science and the host of YBBS. She received her PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, where she studied psychedelics and neural plasticity using electrophysiology and psychopharmacology. She is now a postdoctoral scholar at Johns Hopkins University.
